Dear Parents and Guardians;
During the summer of 2006 the Roselle Park Board of Education instituted a policy whereby every five years the administration would re-register all students prior to the upcoming school year. The Board wants to insure that all students enrolled in district schools are indeed residents of Roselle Park.
I am writing to inform you that our next re-registration event will take place during the summer of 2016. All registration will take place at Roselle Park High School (located at 185 West Webster Avenue) in the Guidance Office according to the following schedule:
Tuesday, July 26, 2016 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Wednesday, July 27, 2016 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Thursday, July 28, 2016 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Tuesday, August 2, 2016 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Wednesday, August 3, 2016 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Thursday, August 4, 2016 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
In order to prove residency, you will be asked to provide the documentation:
- Your car, home or apartment insurance showing valid Roselle Park address;
- If divorced, court documents showing proof of custody/joint custody;
- One of the following (A, B1, or B2):
- For homeowners (either your deed, mortgage payment, or property tax bill)
B1. For tenants (rental lease showing names of ALL tenants, including all children,OR
B2. For tenants (notarized statement from landlord indicating that you are the tenant, also showing
the names of ALL individuals who reside within the dwelling).
- One of each (must show a valid Roselle Park address):
Utility bill (water, gas, electric, sewer, land-line phone (not cell phone) or cable TV)
- If appropriate, completed affidavits (applicant/guardian, non-resident parent)
